What Is Liquid Screed?
Liquid screed, also known as flow screed, creates a smooth, level surface upon which flooring finishes can be applied. Liquid screed has a range of advantages over traditional sand and cement screed, including significantly faster installation, reduced drying time, less mess onsite and a superior finish.
Liquid screed is ideal for use with underfloor heating systems as it completely envelops heating pipes, eliminating any voids or air pockets. This results in greater thermal conductivity, lower energy consumption and reduced heating bills.
Quality Assured
Prior to laying a liquid floor screed, one of our trained screed technicians performs a site survey to evaluate the evenness of the surface and ensure the floor is prepared correctly. They assess the quantities of materials required and check that the site has suitable access points for mixer trucks and screed pumps.
Once the survey is complete, the liquid screed is mixed to specification and delivered to site. It is then installed by one of our skilled teams who utilise the latest Putzmeister screed pumps and laser level technology to achieve a finish with a minimum SR2 surface regularity.

Unbonded
