Sigma Screed were engaged to work on a £34.3 million prestigious transformation project to reposition 15 Old Bailey as an upper-upscale hotel featuring 110 bedrooms, full-service restaurant and gym.
Over 2,800m² of flow screed over 7 floors, levelling the surfaces ready for a range of luxury floor finishes.
Lacoste Flagship Store

Location: Regent Street, London
Lacoste’s new flagship store on Regent Street and their second largest store globally.
We installed 1,050m² of Cemfloor Level Plus ultra-thin cementitious liquid screed, bonded and sealed with sand blinded Uzin PE480 epoxy moisture barrier.
Covertex Factory

Location: Hainault Business Park, London
Commercial project for British fabric designer, extending their warehouse facility in Hainault Business Park.
40m³ of Gyvlon Thermio+ flow screed installed over 700m² of Lewis Deck metal decking.

Commercial warehouse project in West Drayton. Bonded application of Gypsol Rapide fast drying liquid screed over 450m².
This screed can take footfall in as a little as 24 hours and can be completely dry in 14 days; a fraction of the time it takes standard liquid and traditional screeds
The Oak Montessori Nursery

Location: Wimbledon, London
In this 120m² nursery renovation in Wimbledon, we completed an unbonded screeding application using Gypsol TS-15.
This specially formulated liquid screed provides a strong, ultra-thin topping over solid substrates and delivers durable results at a screeding depth of only 15mm.
